Our Mission

Brooks CRC is a body of believers who were sought and saved by Christ, who in turn desire to follow Christ’s commission to share His love to the lost through worship and action.

Explanation

We understand the above statements to mean at least the following:

Brooks CRC is a body of believers which:

Is a part of the universal church, the world-wide Body of Christ, engaged in the task of reconciling all of creation in the name of Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Is led, guided, and directed by the Bible, the Holy, infallible Word of God.
Is filled with, equipped, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the presence of Christ, in our world.
Desires to worship God the Father and is dedicated to equipping its members to be the healing and reconciling presence of Christ.
Is dedicated to obeying Christ's command to "make disciples of all nations," by reaching out, loving, and reflecting God’s grace to all, both in the local and global community, and through incorporating all whom God calls to Himself.
Is a part of the historic Christian church, with roots in the Reformation.
